Returns & Exchange Policy
General Return Policy (For All Merchandise Excluding Custom and Made-To-Order Items)
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). To receive a full refund the item(s) must be returned to Sugar-n-Spice Bowtique within 14 days of the delivery date. All item(s) received after 14 days will then be considered a final sale. If received within 30 days a store credit will be issued. Any return received after 30 days of original delivery date will not be processed.
Please Note: Sale items can be returned within 14 days. However, if the product is no longer pictured on our site after 14 days, we will no longer accept a return for store credit.
All items must be returned in original unwashed/unused condition with the maufacturer tags still attached. Please include a copy of the packing slip with your return. On the packing slip please specify the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your exchange or return. This information is important for Sugar-n-Spice Bowtique as we want to improve our store and provide our customers with the best service possible. We do not refund shipping charges.
Return Policy for Custom and Made-To-Order Items
We do not accept returns/exchanges for any item(s) that are specfically made for you by your request, or made-to-order items including all of our Hair Bows, Hair Accessories & Hair Bow Holders. If an item does not meet your specifications, has a defect or is damaged during shipping we will accept a return following our general return policy above.
Sale Items Return Policy
Merchandise that is reduced by 50% or more may be returned for store credit only.
Additional Return Information

It is not necessary for you to advise us of your return, however if you should happen to let us know that a package is inbound, we would surely appreciate it. Please remember all returns/exchanges must be made in accordance with our above return policy.

Items purchased as a set must be returned as a set. Incomplete sets will not be refunded.

Please Note: We recommend using delivery confirmation or online tracking when returning or exchanging your item(s). We will not be responsible for lost returns.
General Exchange Policy
If an item does not fit, you are more than welcome to exchange it for a new size. To ensure that the size you are looking for is available, we recommend that you place a new order for the item. We will then credit your Paypal account when we process the return for the original item. Unfortunately we can not hold or reserve merchandise. If you prefer not to re-order please take into consideration that the requested item(s) may no longer be available when your return is processed.
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt. Exchange items must be shipped back to Sugar-n-Spice Bowtique within 14 days of receipt, otherwise it will be considered a return (Please See Return Policy). On the packing slip please specify which item(s) you are returning and what you are exchanging the item(s) for. Please also indicate if you have already placed a new order. Reshipping charges will be applied to your Paypal account for your exchange.
We will process your exchange as quickly possible. However if the item(s) you have requested is no longer available, store credit will be issued.
Privacy Policy
We value and respect the privacy of all of our customers. The information you provide us with will be used solely for the purpose of processing you order. Personal information that we collect from you will never be passed on to, or sold to third parties.
